Nearly four miles of well-maintained asphalt roads run through Cascade Meadow Ranch, providing the perfect surface for walking, jogging, biking, scootering, or learning to in-line skate. They also make driving a pleasure. During the winter, the ranch manager works hard to see that snow is cleared when necessary.

Uncovered parking space is set aside for RVs, trailers, boats, etc., and an 18-bay-storage shelter is available to members of the homeowners' association, as well.
